Important Snow Removal Information
HSR offers diverse snow removal plans, see below for a full list. Timely communication is vital - Last-minute requests will result in extra fees.
HSR requires homeowners to give at least 48-hour notice no matter what plan you have.
Holiday rates, applicable on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, and Easter Sunday, all of which entail an extra $100 charge in addition to your standard contracted plan.
Roof Dumps/ Berms – If your roof dumps or a berm is created by road crews, and a second trip is requested additional fees will apply, no matter what plan you have.
All driveways are required to be marked with no less than 8ft. poles for all upper mountain subdivisions and no less than 5ft poles for Elk Ridge subdivision prior to the first major snowfall.
Our snow removal plans are listed below. Download the FULL SNOW Packet to guide you through your decision making. PLEASE READ through your options carefully, once you have chosen your ideal plan click the SIGN-UP BUTTON. Next you will need to fill out the sign-up information. You will then download your Chosen Contract, fill out all required fields on the writable download and save somewhere you can find it on your computer. Click the back button then click choose file and drag and drop your file into the box. ONCE all your required fields are complete hit Complete. (THIS IS BEST DONE ON A COMPUTER IF YOU MUST DO ON A MOBILE DEVICE, YOU CAN CALL OUR OFFICE FOR DIRECTIONS). Once we have received both we will follow up with an email confirming your chosen plan and/ estimate.

One Time
Snow is plowed at your request. At least 48-hour notice is required.

This plan is ideal for anyone who does not want to pay for more plowing than needed.
48-hour notice is required for plowing during storms for arrivals / departures.
Cost: $95 minimum for up to 30 minutes of plowing.
$47.50 every 15-minute increment after the initial 30 minutes.
Billing will be done monthly.
Two Feet Plan
Snow will be removed when the total snowfall reaches 2 feet or more.

This plan is ideal for anyone who will not be at their cabin frequently enough to keep up with the snow accumulation.
48-hour notice is required for plowing during storms for arrivals / departures.
$95 minimum for up to 30 minutes of plowing.
$47.50 for every 15-minute increment after the initial 30 minutes.
Billing will be done monthly
Pay as it Snows Seasonal
Driveways are cleared once snowfall ends for each storm, except for specific circumstances.

This plan is ideal for those who want their driveway plowed every storm, but do not want to risk year-to-year fluctuations in the total number of storms for the season.
County roads must be cleared.
48-hour notice is required for plowing during storms for arrivals / departures.
$95 minimum for up to 30 minutes of plowing per occurrence.
Additional charges: $47.50 for every 15-minute increment after the initial 30 minutes.
Billing will be done monthly.
Shoveling
Shoveling services are provided once storms are complete, and all our driveway plowing is done.

Driveway must be plowed before shoveling.
We will not make any guarantees that shoveling will be done prior to your arrival/departure as opening driveways is our number one priority.
Roof Shoveling is done on request.
This is an added service.
Seasonal
Snow will be removed when snow accumulations reach 6-8 inches or greater once storm is complete, and county roads are clear.

This is the ideal plan for those who want to know that their snow removal needs will be taken care of upon completion of all storms accumulating 6-8" or more.
Paid Upfront - Estimate will be provided upon signup or request.
This agreement will end on April 1, 2024. More options available to resume service if snow continues.
